I have been looking to buy for awhile now. This was our third to get an inspection on a home we are interested in. This time decided to try this company. Southern Eagle Inspections company were outstanding very detailed. I am very happy to say even though we did not purchase the property that was inspected. He was the most honest inspector. The only thing I would change is I would have the inspector to go over the major stuff at the site and if not accessible to have pictures. I know they are on the digital report. It’s just hard to see and understand everything while trying to look at a tiny phone. Having it done while still at the home would have been easier to understand. This was one of the most professional companies you will ever hire for the inspection of your home. From the minute you talk with John he stays in contact with you, he informs you of exactly when he will start and what he will do. It was freezing cold but he spent hours checking every detail of my home. He ended by talking with me, answering all questions I had and then gave me a file with full listing of issues of each room, outside and inside my house. I will recommend John to all my friends.
